Is this a real Amazon verification email sent to me via buyer messaging
I received a verification alert via my buyer/seller messaging system and the customer information says,
Enquiry from Amazon customer Verification Centre
Everything is telling me its spam, but it still has me worried, I have called SS and they said just report the email via the case details and the verification dept will deal with it?, but wanted to know if anyone else has seen this or advice on how to go forward?

If it has come through buyer seller messaging it will certainly be scam. Report it and don’t do anything about it.
Amazon normally send reverification emails to your Amazon account email…although just recently they have started to send some emails to the primary/secondary beneficiary email address as well.

I can confirm this is not a genuine message from Amazon to verify your account. Amazon will not send you messages regarding your account via the buyer - seller messaging system.
