discussion.account was deactivated due to failing to get VAT registration but am still getting charged monthly fees.

All my listings are closed, back to individual seller.

Cannot contact seller support or close my account t until I reactivate my account but I cannot reactivate my account as I am unable to get a VAT.

How do I stop being charged or contact support?

My account was suspended due to my not meeting service levels.. fair enough.

But it's been 7 months and Im still being charged, 30GBP per month. 210GBP so far.

I just want to close my account but I cannot, as any attempt to do so just gets stuck at an 'Inactive account' page. Im stuck in a loop just seeing this page again and again.

Please help.

My account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement.This account was linked to another account I opened a year later but never used. I have since closed the unused account; however, I am still facing difficulties in submitting an appeal as the appeal button is disabled. This account has a record of good health, with zero compliance policy violations. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with resolving this issue.
