Negative feedback on Product page not listed on Feedback Manager
I have received what I believe is a joke / malicious feedback on a new product we have launched, I get a 1 star rating but a very positive ‘better than the market leader’ this one star is a pain as it has dragged down the average for a new introduction to 3 stars - the rules say I should go through Feedback Manager and request removal BUT heres the weirdness this review doesn’t appear in feedback manager, and I’ve tried telling the support people and they say must go through feedback manager - anybody had any experience of successfully resolving this kind of issue, its a pain.

Product Reviews do not appear on Feedback Manager. Feedback Manager is for service feedback on you as a seller (ie covers delivery,customer service etc) - not the actual products themselves. Some customers leave product reviews in this Feedback Manager still though.
You will find it difficult to impossible to get a Product Review itself removed.

Reviews are removed from the Amazon website for these reasons only:
- The review conflicted with our Customer Review Creation Guidelines. This includes reviews that were posted as promotional material.
- The review was removed by the reviewer. (Please note that you can not ask them to remove it.)
- Amazon discovered that multiple products were incorrectly listed as the same product. Reviews that were posted for those products are separated when the products are separated.
- Amazon detected unusual review behaviour and are not accepting or displaying reviews for this item at this time, or we are only accepting or displaying Amazon Verified Purchase reviews.
