Shipping to Amazon HAJ1 Germany DHL

Hello

I have the following question. We are a newly opened account. For the first time we sent our first products to a warehouse in Germany for the FBA program from Bulgaria. We send 3 boxes using DHL. We entered a tracking number for each box. The DHL website confirmed that the shipment was delivered to the Amazon warehouse address. But the tracking number in the system still shows that it is on its way. The shipment number is FBA15K6GSNNT. DHL tracking number is 7424199985. How long does it take to change the shipment status in checked in.

Hello @Seller_5M660XAehCC0j,

there is no general rule on how long it takes to check in your products and the process cannot be expedited. This depends on several factors such as seasonal differences and volume. I'd recommend you to check out this Help Page about Track your shipments: Shipping Queue and shipment summary.

"Note: Sometimes a shipment that has been delivered to fulfillment center will not display as Delivered. This can happen if signals between the carrier and the fulfillment center do not sync. It’s unable to manually change the shipment status, and your shipment will enter checked in status directly from in transit status."

Best,

Emma

What time period are you talking about?

It can take from a few days to several weeks from arrival at Amazon. Sometimes considerably longer before and during the Christmas period.

It feels or subjectively, the first stocking of new products also takes longer than with older listings.
