DPD Local - VTR Issue

Hello

From other discussion threads I think it has been established that Amazon to not recognise tracking information from DPD Local (Regular DPD is fine). The problem started around the 12th March from what I have gathered. Orders before that ok. After that not recognised by Amazon.

So my questions to those of you who are impacted by this are:

1. Have you noticed a reduction in sales?

2. Have you managed to find a 'work around' that means you can keep using DPD Local whilst not impacting your vtr?

3. Have you switched couriers?

4. Have you had any negative messages or warnings from Amazon about your account health?

My answers are

1. Not really

2. No

3. No. My parcels are quite large and sometimes 6 or 7 a day. Dropping off at a shop or post office is not realistic. the DPD depot is about a mile from where I live so very handy.

4. No. I used to get the health warning banner but it disappeared about a week ago.

Hello,

So is this issue only with DPD local? What is the best way around this issue?

Regarding your questions, my answers are as follows:

1. Yes

2. No

3. No, my parcels are also fairly large; other couriers charge way too much at the moment.

4. Yes, it has been getting worse since 12th March, and I have had a call from Amazon too, as it has affected my OTDR too.

This is what i got today:

I have spoken with DPD's Amazon seller onboarding team, who advised that there was a known tracking issue that should now be rectified.

So we will see

Yes my vtr has gone up a bit today. After investigating my reports it looks like orders between the 11th and the 18th March have invalid tracking. So in theory we should see a gradual improvement in the VTR percentage until the 30 day window passes the 18th.

Our VTR rating also going up now. Orders dated from 24-March aren't coming in the report. Also a customer confirmed Amazon marked their order was marked as delivered.

All my support tickets are showing as "Work in Progress" but looks like Amazon fixed the issue.
