If this is FBA you can't, unless you get a message from them through Amazon's messaging system. And it is not allowed to contact a customer regarding a bad review/rating unless you are brand registered.

Actually, reading that question as presented, it's really easy.
Sell on Amazon and all the entitled complainers will flock out of the woods to complain about everything.

There are a few different areas of Seller Central where you can locate feedback from your customers.
For a specific product, they are often found in the Voice of the Customer. You can find this area by going to the main menu in the upper left hand corner of Seller Central. You will navigate down to Performance, then down to Voice of the Customer. From there, you can input the ASIN in the search bar.
