3 x Shipment delivered to FWA4 - but not checked in
Hello everyone:
We are facing big problems with our recent shipments which are delivered to FC but not checked-in yet
Shipment 1 :FBA17D2YZQK1 :Delivered to FWA4 using amazon partner carrier UPS - but not yet checked-in / not start receiving.

Normally shipment start receving in 2-4 days after delivery but here I can sense big risk of lossing inventory / sales oppertunity. As I can see many other seller facing similar issues and many of these belongs to FWA4 FC.
Please help / advise ? any success story who resolve issue to recover inventory ?

You can do nothing about that. I am waiting two shipments to check in, one delivered 32 days ago, the other one 21 days ago.
We enter in Q4, nothing is normal any more.... Normality will return mid January.

It can take up to 6 weeks to have a shipment checked in if the FC is busy.

FWA4 is totally a disaster. It's been this slow since June.

5 X shipment sent to FWA4 ( amazon seleted this FC), all 5 delivered on same day i.e. 15/Sep
1 x Shipment checked-in receiving on 17/sep -- no issue
3 x Shipment not yet checked in .. its almost 2 week now. (FBA17D22ZLTS, FBA17D2844VW, FBA17D2YZQK1)
1 x Shipment FBA17D1WWMZW ( which containt 2 boxex), 1 box delivered to FWA4 but units not yet added.
I contacted support team and explain all this situation but they don't have any solution even they don't have any way to approach that FC.

Shipment FBA17D112JYQ delivered on September 15th not checked in Shipment FBA17DGFCRRW delivered on Sept, 20th, was checked in with no problems.
What happened to all the September 15th delivered shipments at FWA4?

We have 13 shipments to FWA4 showing delivered, but not yet received. 2 of them have been in this status over 20 days. I'm contacting customer service by telephone as email only gives stock answers which do not help.

I remember the days when I could send a shipment on dec 18th and it would arrive and get checked in for sale on the 19th or 20th and sell out in time for Christmas. Now it seems that it takes weeks to receive even during the slow time of year.

It looks like you may have been sending your shipments via SPD if I'm not mistaken. If so, in the future, try to work out LTL, I always have fast check-in times due to an appointment needing to be made.
