I can not change buisness name support do not helping me
My situation is that almost month I am trying to change my business name and business address, but I can not do it. I have gone all steps of verification, but amazon system do not giving me opportunity to change the business name and business address. It shows red errors. I have been wrote to amazon support many times, and all cases are ending with "sorry we can not helping you"
I am asking, but who can??? and no answer. This is not normal!! I need someone who can helping me!! I can send screenshot of my problem. Can someone helping me???

Hello there, my name is CR. It appears that you are looking for non-US support is that correct? This forum is for US sellers only. Please create a new thread in your desired location by changing the drop down in the top right hand corner of this page to the correct country and creating a thread there.
Please let me know if I am misunderstanding that here or if this is a US questions. From what I can see on my end you do not have a US account.
