Royal mail tracking
Just had call from Amazon to talk about our 0% valid tracking rate. Cant get a satisfying answer from them to what we are doing wrong . im thinking the issue is that i physically go to the post office to send orders then i send tracking number to customer when confirming order , which ive told them i do this but the fact they are calling from India dont think they understand. The tracking number im giving is not valid with Amazon but valid on Royal mail tracking website . So is this the issue ? that tracking only works if its integrated with your Amazon account ?

what service are you using to post?
If you are taking it to the post office I assume standard 1st/2nd class?

Then there is no valid tracking unless you are paying for signed for,
When you dispatch your orders in future choose “Royal Mail” then “stamps/franking”
It will take 6-8 weeks for your VTR to flush out the old orders (unless you want to go through and edit them) at that stage it will show N/A

I’m not sure, I’m not sure how they would even know (considering its bots and not people with sense)

buy your postage through amazon as it automatically sorts out the issue and your vtr will go to N/a like mine , well it is till amazon mess about but goes back to na
