FBA shipment delivered on 5/28 but still not checked-in as of today (6/13)
Hi,
According to the POD and ISA document from the carrier, my shipment was delivered on 5/28, but the status of the shipment is still "shipped", does not change to "delivered " or "receiving". May I know where is my shipment? When will it be received by FBA warehouse?

You need to actually go into your FBA order and check the tracking status. If you only look at the status from your list of FBA orders, its possible it will never change from "shipped" even though it was delivered a while back.

What do the shipping events say on the Shipment itself in Seller Central? Additionally, do you know the date on which you can submit a request for an investigation?
