Change delivery times
Can anyone tell me how I change delivery times for all listings? Royal Mail second class is taking up to 10 days now and I need to reflect this. Tia.

You'd just need to update your Shipping Templates. Not sure how far you can increase for some areas of the UK as some of ours cap out at 3-5 days, so all you can do then if that is the case is increase your Handling time.
You can do that in Shipping Settings (a max of 2 days), or can do it at ASIN level - various ways you can do that, SKU by SKU or by uploading a flat file spreadsheet.

Trouble with long delivery times is that it really kills your sales.
To get to 10 days you may need to adjust the handling times on your ASIN's to around 7 days and then have your shipping template sending in 2-3 days.
I have seen some Royal Mail 48 taking a long time up to a couple of weeks whilst others are being delivered the next day. Mostly though it is being delivered within the expected 3 days.
