Brand Registry request

Hello all

Is it possible to be in communication with a Brand Registry Manager?

I opened a case : 17649005221

Demande rejected but the brand is already registered at legal authority for France (INPI) and I sent an image with packaging+logo.

I'm unable to locate the case you mentioned. Could you please provide additional information such as the brand name, the INPI registration number, market place affected or any other relevant reference.

I cannot find any matching records in the applications under review.
