Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Not Showing as Available
Hi,
Does anyone else have this same issue as of this morning? It is not letting me purchase Tracked 24/48 via Amazon Buy Shipping, which is connected to my Royal Mail OBA. Never had an issue before, so seems like it might be an Amazon or Royal Mail issue? I have checked the connection settings and everything is still active and I can still purchase directly via the Royal Mail website, so I know my RM business account still has access to Tracking 24/48.

Yes we are having the same issue. Earlier this morning all was fine. It appears all RM parcel services are not showing. LBT are still active on ours.

Yes we are having the same issue - only Evri is showing which we don't want to use. Might have to purchase through click and drop but then we run the risk of not buying shipping via Amazon and getting penalised for something which isn't our fault.

Yes - exact same here. All other RM Services are available to purchase barring specifically Tracked 48 & 24 Parcel and 48 / 28 Non-tracked Parcel (CRL). LBT is available - same as the OP has said for us - along with 1st & 2nd Class.
Clearly there is a system wide issue here on Amazon or a RM Integration issue.
Our RM account is all up and active - I can still purchase the shipping there or via Click and Drop.
The issue is Amazon in effect forces us to have to use their buy service due to meeting VTS requirements - yet if they don't fix this soon we'll have to buy the shipping directly with RM and manually update the tracking which will have a negative impact on VTS.
As always - rock and a hard place....

Hello, Sellers. I am following up on reports of issues with Royal Mail tracked options missing earlier this week.
I see that several sellers reported that the issue was temporary and was corrected.
