Sending stock to FBA: Cannot be stickerless, commingled?

trying to send my products to FBA, after clicking on '‘send’'replenish goods to FBA, it takes me to the next page and has the below error.:

‘’‘Cannot be stickerless, commingled
The error condition cannot be corrected from here. This product must be removed from this shipment plan. You can send in new inventory by creating a new listing for this product that requires product labels.’’’

i’m not sure where or what to edit. i am exempt from needing a barcode, not sure if relevant.
please advise, much appreciated

All our products have bar codes, either our own GS1 codes or the manufacturers codes & we have been getting this a bit lately & we’ve not been able to get to the bottom of it. Contact with seller support was no help either, just a standard reply telling us how to add a product.

Hi,

You will have to remove this particular item from the shipping plan. Amazon does not allow this product to be mixed with any other sellers stock

Then you will have to add the FNSKU label to the product and add it to a new shipping plan.

Amazon uses FNSKUs to link products to specific sellers. Some categories cannot have mixed sellers stock either.
