FBA 10 items required with invoice
Hi. Does anyone know - are Amazon strict about the 10 item requirement for selling?
I have everything else they need - It’s just that I have only 9 items.
Also is there a live online chat option available?
Many Thanks
Nate

If your trying to get approved to sell something, then they ask for a minimum of 10 items.
As the system is pretty much automated, if you don’t have 10, then it probably won’t get past that stage.
If however it’s a review, proving that you have bought a relevant quantity of stock, it only needs to reflect the quantities that you have sold.

They are fairly hot on it
I had an invoice from a supplier a few weeks ago and whilst I had ordered 36 units it only showed a quantity of 1. It was in fact 1 carton of 36 I had ordered.
They were very insistent that I had to show the 10 units and I had to give loads of information with screenshots of the suppliers website to show that I had purchased a case of 36. I did eventually get approval.
I think I was actually lucky that they accepted the information I gave them. My supplier is also now in the processing of changing their invoice format to accommodate what Amazon requires
