Do I need this rubbish any more
The number of people leaving negative reviews has gone through the roof - due to no problem on our part.
Our sales have increased 600%, but positive reviews are still almost non existent.
I am really starting to ask myself (at 60) do I need this any more? My pension is ruined, so I might as well just pack it all in and live in a cave. Thank you Amazon.
Hope the sun shines tomorrow and I have a better day.

Shares may be down now, but you have a few years to go before you need to cash out surely? So plenty of time for that same pot that is now in the doldrums to pick up back to and above where it was pre covid…

I felt as you did last week as in exactly the same position. I changed my handling time to 10 days. My sales have plummeted as a result and I’m so much happier, and my account is now ticking along.

ideal time to take a week or two break(at home, of course), put your feet up and enjoy the rain for a bit.

Amazon seem to be in a right mess.
I’ve had 2 negative feedback recently. The first was a scam (IMO) and Amazon weren’t interested in investigating (the buyer claims they received a plastic clear bag with no product - I personally packaged it myself)
The second and more laughable. The feedback read ‘Main component missing even though described as complete’
a) The item in question doesn’t have any components. It’s a fabric item.
b) The product was Fulfilled by Amazon.
c) If anything it was a product review NOT seller feedback (IMO)
I contacted the buyer to see if this feedback was left for the correct seller as it doesn’t match up but no reply.
In the meantime, I Request Removal, the Amazon person responding says same old basic response without reading the reasons I provide - the case gets closed.
I open a case referencing the closed case, asking for this to be escalated to a manager, to get another basic response (which this member clearly hasn’t read either) - use Feedback Manager (which doesn’t work now because the original colleague closed the case without looking into it properly)
I go on a Live Chat to ask what options I have and to request for it to be escalated to a manager.
To then be told the feedback manager isn’t the right department to deal with Feedback and that I need to contact FBA to deal with this issue instead.
If Amazon staff could deal with an issue first time, it’d save them so much time, increase productivity and better customer/seller satisfaction.

My pension was my company. Before Covid it was worth about £300,000. It took 20 years to get to this point, and 2 months for Covid to reduce it to almost nil. I doubt if we can recover, and I do not have enough time to start again.
THe £10,000 grant from the Government will mean my landlord doesn’t chase my family home for his rent (5 year lease renewed just before Christmas).

I’ve had 3 weeks off and it was lovely, I actually felt normal lol, now back at it and the flood gates have opened…you’re right! Is it worth it?

Selling on Amazon is not worth it anymore i started in 2005 and it was easy and made a good percentage packed up in January 2019 not making any money constant problems with Amazon and seller support not worth a tose you are only a number with them they do not careless about sellers as when you have gone there will be another 10 to take your place

The stock market/shares/investments will bounce back, it always does. It’s basically a reflection of confidence in the market. That will resume as normal in 6-12 months or something. Make an extra effort to ask for review now. Explain to people honestly that you need help. People are generally good and you will hopefully be rewarded. And your sales have increased massively…great!!!
