FBA Shipment Pallets
I am scheduling an FBA shipment. We have all of our boxes on 4 pallets, however the system is saying they should all fit on 2 pallets. Is there an option anywhere to add pallets to your shipment?

Greetings @Seller_dJDMebxNrrT6X,
Under the Confirm Shipment step of your Send to Amazon workflow, do you see a drop-down menu for "Pallet estimates"?
On that menu you should be able to remove a pallet using the minus button, but there's also a button to "add another", which is the option you're looking for here. Let me know if you're having trouble finding this!
