Hello @Seller_eqXTgEGzcDBLf,
Thank you for your post and tagging me.
Are you referring to the Amazon price bug my fba items selling for 70% cheaper, or a specific Seller Support case?
Best regards,
Julia.
Wow, I'm shocked you've actually got a response! I've got posts from months ago that have been ignored.
The forum is just a PR exercise for Amazon though, so they can appear to be listening to sellers.
Occasionally you might get other sellers able to answer queries, but most of the time issues require Amazon intervention.
In my opinion, a forum is where users, in this case sellers, help each other. It's not supposed to be an alternative seller support.
I would much prefer if the mods don't get involved in individual cases, but take on-board the problems aired here and prevent the problems occurring in the first place.
emailed seller support over a week ago apart from the "we aim to respond to your query in 12 hours" email have had no response
Forum mods used to be helpful and I was hoping they could be used as a last resort when cases go around and around in circles with Seller Support, which is inevitable. However, my last few forum appeals to the mods have gone unanswered, and these are important issues. Seller Support keeps copy pasting...its draining.
Clearly the forum is where amazon can go over all our input and make real changes to ensure everyone's health and wellbeing is not impacted by its policies.
Also to ensure that they deal with both the customer and the seller in a thoughtful and balanced manner to avoid any upset.
That's the real reason for the forum.
Surely.......someone tell me I'm right
Anyone?
