Dangerous Goods Classification - Cosmetics Exemption

Hello guys,

Any help on this would be really appreciated, i am trying to list a new to our catalogue product which has been flagged as under DG review. There is no SDS / Safety Data Sheet as its classed as a cosmetic product, the manufacturer has confirmed this to be the case. When i try to use the exemption sheet it still isnt being approved.

Could anyone advise on the best way to proceed? Yes i have contacted seller central.
