Me too, they're taking postage costs but not crediting my sales and as usual seller support just plead ignorance, drives me crazy how badly sellers are treated

Our revenue has updated this morning after buying shipping. Not sure if the orders we sent yesterday have been credited is there anyway to check and cross reference?

Is this because deferred orders are not showing up? Thats whats happening to me. Last 16 orders are not showing up deferred and adding to account balance (and ive put account on holiday due to volume). Its never done this before

My accounts are still not displaying yesterday's sales proceeds. I opened a case with Seller Support.
The auto bot replied stated:
You have an upcoming transfer scheduled: £0.00 on 4 December 2025.
Which is clearly wrong. I now await a reply from a human
