Defective shoes?
Hello i have one pair of shoes marked as defective by amazon after a return and apparently not able to sell. It comes from a popular distributor, and i don't see any reason why the shoes would be defective.
Can you let me know how we can contest that ?

Thanks for getting in touch.
To address this issue, you'll need to request a removal order. Make sure to submit that order within 30 days of the item reaching the fulfillment center.
Just a heads-up, for a product to qualify for reimbursement, it can't be listed as defective or damaged by a customer.
