Amazon Seller Support have activated DPD in buy Shipping for my SFP orders although i have no account set up or collection with DPD, therefore i'm unable to ship them due to my normal carrier being greyed out

A few months ago i tried to open an account with DPD Via Amazon DPD onboaring team for a 2nd SFP carrier who initally asked me to print a test label and provide t them, however after following there instructions there was no still option, therefore a case was open via DPD and myself with Amazon Seller Support. One month later, all of a sudden my SFP orders started only giving me an option to buy ship label from DPD and my normal SFP carrier was greyed out. Amazon confirmed they have sorted the issue, however if the issue was resolved, should this not just me an option to choose and buy ship label from DPD for test puposes, not just just default 50% of my orders with the only option to buy ship labels from DPD only when i have no account or collection set up? I have created a case with Amazon seller support on this and upto im getting no response. Has anyone has the same issue? Below is what ive tried to try remove DPD and eleviate;

Removed DPD from carrier prioritization and have Royal Mail as number 1.

Removed DPD from all shipping templates.

Only have Royal Mail on shipping template, although majority of PRIME promise on 2 days, therefore resulting in lower sales.

Opened a case with Seller support, however no reply and not sure if they will fix the issue.

If anyone on here can give any pointers i would appreciate. Also, if any Amazon representatives can help at all the case number is 11464579732.

Hi there, this is a constant issue we get, not selecting dpd as carrier options (since we have that option to choose what carrier to ship with) yet still we are being made to dispatch with dpd express packs (despite no dpd account, not onboarded as we simply don't use them for anything as well as when we have tried it was not possible to generate their required size shipping label/barcode)

Have you managed to get anywhere with this please?
