All of my listings are now "Ineligible for seller-fulfillment"

We’ve been selling these products on amazon for many years but over the weekend all have been removed with “Ineligible for seller-fulfillment” added to the inventory. Does anybody know why this might be? I can’t see anything from amazon explaining but all of our items are now saying “convert to FBA”

you’ve probably been suspended for VTR - check your performance notifications

the policy changed in March - with emails, and notifications sent in January to say that you can no longer use the stamps/franking option

Yup - sounds like a VTR issue here.

Does anybody have a link to the policy change?

Many thanks guys!

Having read the policy (a bit late now but still!) it looks like we have indeed fallen foul of the change. We were buying stamps and sending out untracked as our items are small and pretty inexpensive generally. This was the quickest method of processing orders we had found, and also less things to go wrong.

It looks like we can still send out 2nd or 1st class, untracked and we can use physical stamps still. Is the change basically how we record it in amazon?

Perfect, thanks guys. I’d missed the “Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Letter Stamps, if you buy the label through Amazon Buy Shipping.” bit.

Will try that and submit a request to be reactivated, hopefully won’t take too long!

Morning guys,

Thanks again for your help, we’re back! Amazon to their credit opened us back up within 24 hours after we explained the issue.

We’ve now switched to “buy shipping” through Amazon, this is for “RM 2nd class large letter”. We’ve adjusted our processes and it’s going to take us longer this way, not ideal but not the end of the world.

The VTR has a lag so I’m wondering if you guys could confirm it looks like we’re doing things correctly?

The postage label comes off with a tracking ID and QR code, but that doesn’t seem to populate Amazon, and we can’t enter it either? Is that right?
