Fully Automate New Order Download

We want to fully automate the download of new merchant-fulfilled orders - perhaps 4 times a day - without having to log in to retrieve the New Orders report each time. This does not appear possible from within Amazon but is there a low-cost public app that will do something similar (without us going through a bespoke SP-API development cycle)? We don’t need multiple connectors/target systems, simply an automatically downloaded CSV/XML of new orders, similar to that which we can already access via our Seller Pro account.
