Amazon offering 100% refund on shipping
Since when is there a policy on amazon where the buyer gets 100% refunded back on shipping?
A Buyer purchased an $20 item from me, and paid $30 to ship it over night. I had to pay $29 for that shipping cost. 3 weeks later they buyer chose to return the item. Amazon offered them a full refund on both the item and the $30 shipping.
I am out on the shipping cost to ship them overnight ($29) plus the amount i had to ship it back to me... ($4.50).

Typically, buyers are refunded for shipping costs when the return reason is labeled as seller faulted versus buyer faulted. You can view a list of those returns reasons and whether or not they are buyer or seller faulted here.
If the return reason was buyer faulted you may be able to file a Safe-T claim to be reimbursed for the cost of the overnight shipping.
