This is a long story that lasts one month already
I applied for the Brand with USPTO and my application was published. My Amazon Brand registration was rejected because I mistyped Brand owner in USPTO application putting my name instead of my LLC. I followed up with USPTO with voluntary amendment asking them to update my record, but this update will be public in 8 months only, I created ticket in Amazon Brand registry (15752317611) support explaining the situation and providing all evidences but it was never read by anyone from support team on the merits. I have got standard reply that my case is rejected. What is funny - you can not follow up with the link provided in the reply for follow up - it is not functional and I have got the message that This is not a valid case for my company. I posted my issue here a couple weeks ago, and a representative from Amazon suggested to upload my LLC EIN number to the case, what I promptly did and still there are no updates/replies/actions taken by Amazon.
Anyway, since I am going to sell different categories of products I registered another category of products under the same Brand with USPTO, My registration was published. Brand owner for this category is my LLC and I should not have any issues registering my brand with Amazon now (at least for this product category). BUT. When I try to register my Brand in Amazon Brand registry with correct USPTO records I get the message that my Brand registration is under review. I need Amazon to take some actions to allow me to register it, Any suggestions?
