OTDR 88.64 / 90 % how do I save it?
I use the automated tools (1 handling day) I ship using parcel force 48 I promise same to customers. but a few take 3 days I guess or customers aren't home first try?
I don't really know what to do I have just tried turning of AHT and setting it manually to 2 days as this will allow me to overdeliver on my promise. But it will also tank orders. (though that may be better than loosing my business entirely)
The only other thing I can think is to start sending parcelforce 24 and having a much larger bill (also my van man says they don't really like to take 24hrs) in order to over deliver that way?
how do I save this? just having another load of FBM stock being delivered that I cannot afford to FBA due to high costs of same.
any suggestions gratefully taken.

Are the shipments that take 3 days to arrive showing an attempted delivery?
Do you have SSA turned on?
Have you checked to see if the ones being delivered late have anything in common in terms of location? E.g Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands?
Does Parcel Force 48 have a delivery guarantee?
