Cannot open SAFE T Claim

Can you please help us with Order # 113-3342613-1013845 as we are not able to open up a SAFE T Claim because of an associated A to Z Claim on the order.

The refund was issued due to "Refund at first Scan" which triggered a closure of the A to Z Claim and we are not able to open up the SAFE T Claim which we would normally do.

Appreciate your help in this matter!

Hello @Seller_jU8OqMtibpQmi- thanks for the post! It is true that an A-to-z Claim does render an order ineligible for filing a SAFE-T Claim, which you can verify in the 'Orders ineligible for a SAFE-T Claim' section of our SAFE-T Claim policy page.

Instead, you would have the ability to appeal the A-to-z Claim via your account. I would recommend reviewing this page for specifics on what to include in an A-to-z Claim appeal.
