Account onhold (Temporary Blocked) due to unusual activity happened @ amazon.de

Hi,

One of my other seller account eWarehouse, has been Temporary Blocked due to unusual activity happened in amazon.de (europe). it seems, some one hacked or some unwanted things happened there and its reflecting in my account in amazon.in (india). i keep on trying to communication with amazon.de & amazon.in for solution, but no response and no one know about this issue completely and just giving a basic instruction. Furthermore, my product still live in buyer portal and orders i am getting in seller account till date, but i cant able to process my order due to, my account blocked at login page and cant able to access inn. due to this issues, my product brand name getting damage for non shipping on time. looking for proper solution in this matter.
