6 weeks ago out of the blue Amazon started holding my payments. I have never had any chargebacks, A-Z Claims and my account is healthy 232. I have spoke to Amazon support many times over the last month and have been given several different versions of what is going on and quite frankly they have been useless. 'You are not verified' 'You're verified' 'We can hold your money up to 4 months' 'You will be paid shortly' the last straw being I was told 2 days ago that I would be paid in 24-48 hours, that passed and today the support said 'I don't know why the agent told you that'
Under payment policy it reads 'Funds are held due to not finishing verification process' but the support have told me to ignore that as I am verified. My info all has the green verification tick nothing is outstanding.
They currently have 2k of my money with another 700 still in deferred. I have now had to put the shop in holiday mode as I can't keep making and shipping the product without payment.
I feel like pulling my hair out. Please does anyone have any advice or been through a similar situation.

is this the DD+7 policy kicking in. Everyone who didn’t ask for an extension (by Nov 24) is now being transferred to this policy.
This matter is now sorted thank you. Someone suggested I e-mail the Managing Director and that seemed to work. Turns out there was a glitch that said I was fully verified but also said I wasn't at the same time.
