Download a single product report
Hello,
I have a Brand registered and only sell my own products.
Maybe I’m missing something, but is there an inventory reprort where I can download a single product, and then upload changes?
It seems like some of the reports I download have the “examle”, “Data Definitions”, “Template”, “valid values” tabs., but others download in .txt format.
I have read that you have to contact support and request they add the category listing report to the inventory report dropdown list.
It just seems strange to me that it is so difficult to download product files.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a quick way to download a spreadsheet for one product, update the info in it, and then turn around and upload that same spreadsheet. The Category Listings Report is close to this, and you no longer have to contact support to get access to it. Just go to your Inventory Reports to get it. It will contain all the product info for all of your products in that category, so if you just want to update just one product, then I would recommend removing the rest from the spreadsheet to prevent any possible accidents. Also highly recommend making sure that the Update Delete field is set to partial update.
