Adding tags to listing images

Hi

Has anyone seen a listing like this before? Here there are 5 tags (grey dots) within the listing image to click on, which will link you to similar selling products. Does anyone know how to set up a listing like this so I can link other products?

I would imagine it’s a trial amazon are running with select vendors or sellers.

I’ve seen in on a+ content and in stores but never in the image carousel.

It’s unlikely to be a feature that is available to all.

Especially considering just changing images is difficult for us mere mortals.
