Hi, do I need to fill in UPC code for PARENT of variations? do I need to only up load one photo as it is not a physical product? My parent photo will be one of the variations as I'm selling 3 scents of spray as I need a photo to make the listing?

Seem to be having a nightmare returning to Amazon after a long break! Took 4 weeks to get my new EAN approved, now I have what I think is an issue. Can anyone confirm or deny it is an issue?

Parent that has four general images all showing the four colour variations, the ASIN number is not searchable but all the child ASINs are.

My frustration is that I would like to advertise the parent, rather than either one size one colour etc.

Seller Support keep telling me that the parent is not supposed to be searchable? And it is not shown as incomplete inventory.

Finally, it is in inventory as incomplete, just the child listing are marked as active. I have tried updating the list price on the parent as per thread on here to no avail.

Hi all

I have a parent ASIN with 6 child ASINs and the sizes aren't showing correctly

Basically i have a product that is sold in packs of 4, in various sizes, example:

4 x 280g

4 x 630g

4 x 770g

4 x 875g

4 x 980g

4 x 1155g

Amazon has listed my variants as 4 divided by the pack size, so 4 x 770g becomes 192.5g which is incorrect. I have tried to edit the variants but the changes to do not show.

Any advice?
