NIF and CIF numbers for Spanish sales
The current EU/UK law states that I must provide my customers NIF or CIF number before I can send the product to them in Spain.
For months I have had to hold up my deliveries whilst I get in touch with the buyer and ask for their NIF/CIF number.
I now have Spanish customers complaining that they have given their NIf/CIF numbers to Amazon.
When I raise a ticket asking Amazon to pass this info on they give me a generic response about turning on tax options in my Reports. I have everything enabled in my reports and this doesn’t show the NiF/CIF numbers.
Amazon has now issued a notice telling me they will no longer respond to my qiestion.
What is going on? Why won’t Amazon pass on the NiF/CIF numbers they have got from the Spanish customers?
Anybody have a workaround?
