Recently, I downgraded my account from a business account to a standard account due to minimal business activity, which prompted the cancellation of my previous subscription. Subsequently, I encountered an issue regarding the editing of tax information on my account.
Currently, there is only an option to add tax information, but no option to edit or delete existing information. I have attempted to resolve this issue by sending daily emails requesting assistance in modifying or deleting the tax details, but I have yet to receive a response or a viable solution.
I kindly request your assistance in providing a solution that allows me to update or delete the existing tax information on my account. Additionally, I would like to reactivate my account and ensure that my listings are accurately updated.
Could you please advise on the steps I should take to resolve this issue promptly? Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
