How to disable international shipping/ Posting to Ireland
Hi
I thought i had removed international shipping options.
However i have had an order from Ireland come through.
I have checked my settings and they are still active for international shipping. How do i remove them?
Also what is the procedure to post to Ireland? A small packet with a value of £10.

go to shipping settings and on your templates - all of them - click edit (top right hand side) and just untick international shipping - don’t forget to press save

Obvious question, is it Southern or Northern Ireland you are talking about?
If the South, then the international options will work.
However, for NI, you have to offer postage to there. You cannot exclude it from the standard shipping template.

I only sell on the UK market place, but customers from other countries do sometimes still buy from me. I can’t see any of the options you guys have highlighted for me. I have one shipping template set up which is to exclude items from expedited shipping. Other than that it is a default template that i can’t seem to edit. If i knew how to do a screenshot on a laptop i could show you what i see! The order i have is for Southern Ireland.
