Search suppressed and exporter of record

Hi, I am trying to create a shipping plan but I noticed that my draft listing is &quot;search suppressed.&quot; I emailed support about this 2 days ago and still no response. I found the answer here about the exporter or record but it will not let me add/edit it. Does anyone have this same issue?Thank you
