Restricted Products Policy Violations?
Hi everyone!
I find myself in quite a difficult situation: I just received my first “Restricted Products Policy Violation” warning and my listing been suspended.
This is the only product I am selling on Amazon FBA, it is a soap/sanitiser/alcohol automatic dispenser in Home&Kitchen category. I am only selling the dispenser itself without the soap, sanitizer or the alcohol.
I do have the words “Sanitizer” or “Alcohol” in the title of course just like everyone else in the category.
I been reading on the forums and seems that Amazon is removing listings which are Covid related as gloves, masks, hand sanitizer etc?
So I assume my listing also been targeted as one of them because of the title?
Maybe they though I am selling the alcohol or th sanitizer.
Anyway, I never had any policy violation before and my listing suspended, I got no clue what to do next. I understand that I have to take an action plan, but Amazon did no provided any exact reason why my listing been suspended.
I could really use some advice here please.
Thanks in advance!

Hello, did you get anywhere in the end? I find myself in exactly the same position now. We got approved to list in topicals and personal safety and now my listings come back with a ‘restricted products policy violation’.
