A competitor is harming my business and amazon support is doing nothing to help.

A competitor is harming my business he is ordering products with different ids and reporting my product as fake. In total he ordered 15 pcs from different ids and with each id he is posting a negative review. I am selling the same product from a year and sold more than 1000 pcs. I didn't get any complaints from any customer but since a month 1 competitor is after my seller profile and trying to tarnish my reputation. I have no hope from amazon support and i want to take this person to police. How do I get his information so i can open a case in Dubai against him.
