You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive.

Hello, I see this error message when accessing my account. "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated." I am currently not able to open a case or contact Account Health. My credit card has been updated - please reactivate my account, thank you.

Hello @Seller_TfYd3VLWnLWjC,

This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Forums!

Following up on this thread, I understand that you were having issues with your account when trying to reactivate it, however, upon review, I can see that the issue has been fixed and the account shows active. In this case, the only thing I see that you need to pay attention to, and actually, take immediate action, is in regards with the INFORM Consumers Act, as you have one or more verification action items pending.

You can go to your Account Info page by clicking on the Settings icon at the top right corner on your Seller Central page, and you will see a banner with this request so you can click and continue with next steps.

If you need further support, don't hesitate on contacting our Seller Support team.

Kind regards,

-Josh
