Hey, we sell a product that has been restricted. Ive red everything about the restriction policy on Amazon but i can find out what is the problem.

Can someone help me out?

My item has been determined to be a medical device on Amazon Germany, but it is not an invasive medical device and I have provided a compliance certification that it is compliant with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, but the appeal still has not been approved!

Amazon's response has always been: According to the information provided in the detail page, the product is prohibited. Hence, cannot be reinstated.

Why is this? How exactly should I do
