Skip / Exclude EvRi from SFP Shipping Template
Hi Guys,
Can we delete EvRi as a carrier from Seller Fulfilled Prime Shipping Template as there are some orders which require only EvRi to fulfill and the service is not good at all.
Does this impact the SFP program that I am enrolled in?

Hi, I don't know if you can exclude Evri, but we don't use them. As standard we get options from Royal Mail, Evri & DPD, however we typically use Royal Mail.
Occasionally Evri comes up as our only option, however we have learnt that if we leave it until after 2:00pm then it switches to Royal Mail - I believe this is due to the cut-off times set for each carrier.

P.S - I agree Evri is awful, I really struggle to understand how anybody uses them successfully.

It is my understanding that as a SFP seller you have to use the buy shipping option for 99% of your prime orders. Not doing so will impact you performance metrics. You can choose not to use the EVRI option if it is offered along with a DPD or RM shipping option when you buy shipping but for 99% of your Prime orders you will need to use the buy shipping option no matter how poor or costly the service is. If you de-select the EVri service from your settings Amazon will still measure you against the 99% margin and will tell you to on-board with Evri. No way around that one.
On the plus side if you use the buy shipping option for an Evri label and you get negative feedback that is due to a shipping problem you can have it removed. Also your 'on time delivery' metric 'should' not be effected if the label is purchased this way.
