Review of your amazon account - Payments on Hold
We had Performance Notifications on 30th May 2023 asking us to explain the relationship between two people and they have put our payments on hold since then. One is the current director and the other is a director who left in January 2023. On 30th May we replied to the account-confirmation-eu@amazon.co.uk email explaining this, however no specific documentation or information was requested. We did not hear anything back, so on 12th July we sent more documents to the email address. Each time we call up the Account Health Team or create Amazon case, they keep telling us to wait.
We have a lot of money sat there that as a small business we need access to in order to pay staff and suppliers. It has now been 24 days with no communication or time frame, Amazon stated it could take between 14 - 365 days! Has anyone else had this issue, is there anyone else I can contact in order to get this sorted quickly? We’re still able to sell our products so it seems Amazon is happy to take our money and gain interest on it, but they do not want to resolve this in a timely manner, their communication is shocking.
