Global Ratings shared across EU listings

I’m reaching the end of my patience trying to sort this one out…

Has anyone successfully managed to get their reviews/ratings to show across all their EU listings?

I have one ASIN in UK with 92 reviews and it is also listed across EU using EFN but no matter what I try to do with matching SKUs, browse nodes, and deleting/re-listing, I just can’t get the reviews to show anywhere except UK. I have seen other people post on here saying there have been some changes to the way Amazon deals with reviews for variations etc., but I feel like I should be able to get this to work, as I have seen other listings which do it properly.

Seller support have been 0 help (surprise, surprise):

"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand that you are facing issues with reviews.

Amazon shares reviews written by verified purchasers of the same product in other countries. These reviews are shown in the section “Top reviews from other countries” below the local reviews section on the detail page. The review mentions the country where the review was originally written. Reviews may not be shared if they do not meet the internal Amazon policy guidelines."

If any one knows how to do it, would appreciate the help.
