Unnecessary 1 star review
I have just received a 1* review.
It states she received a ripped open envelope with nothing in it.
Why would the buyer feel that I deserved a 1* review for that.
Does she think I sent her a ripped open envelope with nothing in it?
Does she think I needed to do that for an eyeliner that she paid £2.98 for?
Why would she not send me a message first?
Why does Amazon allow this?
This is my livelihood!!
Why are people so vile.

Hi Ramstrack_Ltd,
Sympathy!
My customer received a torn envelope with his books in it. The books were fine, but he was incensed by the fact that the envelope was torn, and gave me 3* which I have to live with for a year (as there's so little feedback)!
Obviously I routinely send people books in torn envelopes
All Best

Hello @Seller_c2LprYFN02smC,
I understand you are reaching out about a 1-star review from a customer who received a damaged package.
To look into this further, could you please share the ASIN and the direct link to the review? Also, if you have already contacted Seller Support about this, please share the case ID so I can check on the status.
In the meantime, you can report the review directly from your product's detail page by clicking the "Report abuse" link next to the review. This is the recommended path for flagging reviews that you believe violate Amazon's Community Guidelines.
Keep us posted.
Kind regards,
-Josh

Is it Seller Feedback or a product review?
If it is seller feedback then you are unlikely to get it removed, the customer was unhappy as the envelope was torn and empty. At the end of the day you are responsible for the packaging and delivery of the item, it may seem unfair but it is valid feedback.
If it was me I would take the opportunity to review the packaging to make sure it can't be accidentally ripped in transit so that the issue doesn't happen again.
In all reality it is unlikely to impact your seller account and sales in any way so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Back in the day, this was common. Leave a negative review, wait for the seller to ask you to remove it for a refund. Just the usual scummy behaviour you expect from Amazon customers.
