Item previously sold looks to have disappeared from Amazon?!
Hi an item I have sold >30 of previously (inc last month) that I was looking to restock is now completely missing from the Amazon catalogue. when I go to restock it says missing catalogue entry / product details missing essential info / product missing a title / removal required. I can recreate it (I guess) but how quickly do items totally disappear normally?
Sorry relatively new seller.

It can be a couple of things have happened to it.
It got deleted for some reason, or possibly merged with something else.
So I would suggest that you search using the EAN number and see if it is available.
You need to be very careful, as if it has been removed to some sort of issue, by recreating it, you will get yourself in a mess with Amazon.
And just be sure, have you tried adding the product, using the ASIN number?
Just searching for it and it having no stock, it doesn’t necessarily show in the catalogue.

Hi Neil, many thanks for your prompt response.
No, it doesn’t show up searching for EAN no - looks to have completely disappeared. I guess Amazon will do what it wants?
There is another version of the product still there which it lets me use so I’ll go with that.
Thanks,
Tim

Hi. Bluetooth earphones. Yes they’re generic Chinese. There’s only looks to be one listing for them now so perhaps they were just thinning them out. All a bit confusing. Thanks, Tim
