Issues with Royal Mail End of Day Reports
Anyone having issues again trying to pull off a manifest through the buy shipping, it is stuck on in-progress.
Had this happen about a year ago and Amazon will just tell me to check cookies etc

Yep, same here. RM OBA down - therefore cannot manifest. I wrote manifest info on a piece of paper and dropped of at the sorting office. They said "no prob", but might have to send the manifest later to them.

We had the same been "In Progress" since 1 am; all OBA access to accounts has been disabled due to an overnight update failing on their systems; at least, that's what I was told...and to check our account on Monday!
I've managed to sneakily get past the dreaded "Service temporarily unavailable" current redirect so that I can see on our OBA account nothing has appeared from the orders/manifest we did even the one which was successful on another system outside of Amazon!
The amazon tracked ones are still showing as unavailable so I'm assuming those for us will activate on their first scan. This is our first time using the emergency manifest for our collection driver! Looks like their IT dept is going to have a busy weekend / Monday!
In short, it's an IT error with Royal Mail, so hopefully, everyone who actually knows what they are doing can resolve it over the weekend! I have a case open with Amazon too but not holding out for much luck there!

Has anyone received any reports back from any cases opened? I've heard nothing so far. Tracking hasn't kicked in yet, so I'm guessing any tracked stuff will only activate on their scan at the National Depot now!? As of 8pm (from 1am, so roughly under 19 hours) and still as "In Progress" manifest from another system is showing in OBA now, which is back up and running, but Amazon's isn't! So glad I did an emergency manifest!

Was it resolved ? Do you have any updates?
