Unable to verify Amazon payment account

Hello,
I receive mail from amazon to provide additional information of the company, I provided that but rejected by Amazon 2 times.
Now again receive an email that " we are unable toto verify your amazon payment account" and second " Your payments account has failed our verification process. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.co.uk or any European stores. You can access your Seller Central account for the next 40 days. After this time, you will not have access to Seller Central, including your financial reports."

Now my account is deactivated and I can not call to amazon and also unable to open a case with amazon.
What should I do now ? Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

You would need to post the exact message they were sending when the verification failed - what documents were they requesting and what were you supplying?

If that’s the same company registered at CH, you’ll need to provide proof of residence in Pakistan - not the UK virtual address

I am going to seem totally thick/naive here, but I wonder why so many sellers based in Pakistan want to open UK accounts. :thinking:
