why other sellers can sell my brand without my permission?
i am a new seller here. and I have registered my brand in AMAZON. But soon, I found an unbelievable problem.
why other sellers can sell my brand without my permission? How can they list my brand?
as I know, if I want to sell other brand , I need to ask for permission. but they do not need ... do we use the same amazon? why we have different processes? he can list a brand without any permission, but those of us who follow the proper process cannot． Is it fair?
I am trying to report them. Amazon ask me to order a fake product and collect the evidences. what i want to say is the fake goods is right now at Amazon's warehouse...it's very easy for Amazon to check if that seller is selling the products with my brand.
Does Amazon have the duty to supervise its seller not to sell fake products？
I think the ultimate goal of Amazon is to let consumers buy valuable products and services，to provide buyers with good shopping environment. Don't make it hard for sellers who follow the rules. Let honest sellers try to protect themselves from unfair attacks by bad sellers. I think we should be working on “Let honest sellers spend their energy on the product instead of fighting bad sellers over Amazon loopholes”．
Now my experience in Amazon is that ，as a new seller, I didn't have an efficient way to protect my brand, and my rights were violated．

Amazon isn't going to help you with this until you start hiring lawyers that will fight with them to give you the same protections of the biggest brand names.
