Missing money from payment account after setting as dispatched
Morning,
I set some orders as dispatched yesterday (4th Dec). Normally the money/orders show in my payment account within about 30 mins of setting as dispatched. These orders it has not. It is now the next day and the money is not showing in my payment account (deferred or otherwise) and when I search the transaction codes in the payment account screen it doesn't recognise them.
I am concerned that I have now sent orders for free and will not receive the money.
I understand they will be deferred for a while, but that isn't the problem. They are just not showing up at all other than on my shipped orders screen. The money has not been added to my payment account (which it normally would show and then I can't take it out until the deferred changes to complete).
How long should it take? Should I be concerned that I will not get this money. I have tried reaching out to seller support, but that is a nightmare. Not only does it send me in circles and plonks me on an irrelevant help page, I had to say to the bot it was a different issue to be able to speak to a human at all. And then when I did they said they will pass my concerns on to someone else if I end the chat. So now I also have no evidence that I spoke to them.

check the forum - lots of posts about this glitch - some reporting the payments are slowly coming through now.

The ones from yesterday started coming through but seemed to have stopped again and there is no logical order to the ones that have actually updated my balance. I'm still missing about 70% of the paymets transactions from yesterday.

I have received a reply from Amazon. They confirmed that I set the orders as dispatched, and told me it can take up to 24 hours for it to update. If after waiting this amount of time it's not updated reply to the case. No recognition that this is clearly an issue for a lot of people, but I'll wait the time. 2-3 hours and I expect I'll be getting back in contact with them!

i understand things might get sometime confusing. And yes Amazon does alot of mistakes. but i dont think this is one of the mistake amazon does. once you go to transection paste the order id on the search and see it. it has to show. if not, open a case and tell the seller central staff the order id ..... is missing the transection then they would fix
